A catalogue for professionals
The website presents five ranges for importers, distributors, wholesalers, brands and other professional buyers. M&C Biowell acts as a Moroccan wholesale distributor. The website offers no online payment.
Selection, enquiry and order
Adding a product to your selection or preparing an enquiry is neither a stock reservation nor an order. An email draft is not a submitted enquiry: sending must be confirmed in your email application when automatic delivery is unavailable.
Your selection remains on your device and contains no pricing. The commercial proposal specifies products, sale terms and arrangements for accepting your order. These website terms govern browsing and preparing business enquiries.
Volumes, availability and pricing
Internationally, 1,000 packaged units is an indicative minimum, subject to confirmation for the product, volume and packaging. Bulk is assessed separately by quotation. In Morocco, the indicative minimum is 50 packaged units, also subject to confirmation.
Wholesale prices, currency, taxes, transport costs, payment arrangements, availability and timelines are not set by the catalogue. They must be specified in the offer for your destination and selection.
Documentation and import arrangements
Documents, analyses and certifications depend on the supplier and product. Availability and suitability for the destination country must be checked before confirmation. Automatic access to every market or universal compliance is not guaranteed.
Transport, any Incoterm, customs formalities, labelling obligations, responsibilities, insurance and receipt arrangements must be agreed in commercial documents. No default Incoterm or allocation of responsibilities is imposed here.
Preparing an import into Canada
Distinguish food use from cosmetic use and specify the destination province. Licences, documents, ingredients and labelling requirements must be checked for the selected products with the importer and competent authorities. A catalogue range is not evidence of admissibility to Canada.
The CFIA states that food importers require a licence in most cases. For cosmetics, Health Canada requires notification by manufacturers and importers within ten days of first sale in Canada. Notification is not product approval. These pointers do not replace a product-specific regulatory assessment.
Private label and visual material
Private-label options, formats, labelling and packaging are assessed per project. Illustrations are not technical approval of packaging. Specifications, label approvals and schedules require a separate agreement.
Use and contact
Use the form for a relevant business enquiry, without unlawful content or attempts to compromise the service. Website information may change; verify your product specifications in the commercial proposal.
For a correction, sales question or complaint, write to [email protected]. Applicable mandatory provisions remain in effect. Contractual arrangements, including governing law and dispute resolution, are specified in sale documents.
